What are your lead times for custom window treatments?
Several factors, including brand, size, and style affect the lead times for our custom window treatments. Typical lead times are:
- 3-6 weeks for shutters
- 2-4 weeks for draperies
- 1-2 weeks for vertical blinds
- 2-4 weeks for all other window treatments
What happens when my window treatment order is ready in store?

We will call to schedule your installation as soon as your custom window treatments arrive in our store.
How soon can my window treatment order be installed?

We are typically able to install your custom window treatments within 10 days after they arrive at our store.
